amount feature for /votes buy#488

I think that it would be really useful to have the ability to select how much we want of that item. Maybe have it only for food and stargifts.

Example:
/votes buy item:stargift amount:3

“who would you like to deliver stargift #1 to?”
“who would you like to deliver stargift #2 to?”
“who would you like to deliver stargift #3 to?”

maybe /votes buy item:stargift amount:3 user:@reinley too

v8.15.3 –

didn’t do stargift but did food [stargift is a bit complicated due to the star meter].
